خلاصة
The study aimed to determine the impact of human resource management (HRM) practices on achieving organizational justice in private universities in the Capital Municipality of Sana'a. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach. The population included 1,252 individuals of academic and administrative staff working in nine private universities in the Capital Municipality of Sana'a. A simple random sample of 338 participants was selected, and a questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. The data were analyzed using SPSS 28, the study results revealed a statistically significant positive impact of HRM practices on achieving organizational justice in the universities under study, with variations in the impact of the different HRM dimensions. The compensation dimension had the highest impact, followed by job design and recruitment, while training, development and performance evaluation had relatively lower impacts. The results also indicated that the levels of both organizational justice and HRM practices in the universities under study were moderate. Based on these findings, the study recommends that private universities in the Capital Municipality of Sana'a should place greater emphasis on implementing HRM practices across all dimensions due to their positive impact on achieving organizational justice, particularly focusing on compensation as it was found to be the most influential factor.
