dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to determine the impact of talent management, with its dimensions—talent attraction, talent developing, talent retention, and talent motivation—on organizational performance, with its dimensions—financial performance, customer, internal operations, and learning and growth—through emotional intelligence, with its dimensions—self-awareness, emotional management, empathy, and social skills—in food industry companies in Hodeida Governorate. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach. The population consisted of administrators working in food industrial companies in Hodeida Governorate. A questionnaire was used to collect primary data from the sample. The study sample size was (212) individuals, representing a stratified random sample, representing a study population of (471) individuals. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart-PLS-SEM statistical programs. The results revealed the presence of a mediating role for emotional intelligence in the relationship between talent management and organizational performance in food industry companies, and the presence of a mediating role for all dimensions of emotional intelligence in the relationship between talent management and organizational performance except for emotional management dimension.en_US
