A pharmacy-based cross-sectional study was conducted among 320 community pharmacy attendees in Sana'a City between December 2023 and January 2024. Self-medication was reported by 95.6% of participants; analgesics, antipyretics, and antibiotics were the most commonly used medication classes, and pharmacists were the principal source of medication information. The findings support stronger pharmacy counseling, responsible dispensing, referral practices, and antimicrobial-resistance prevention.en
