خلاصة

This hospital-based cross-sectional descriptive study assessed attitudes toward diabetes among 200 adults with type 2 diabetes attending private and government hospitals in Sana'a City, Yemen. Nearly half of participants had negative attitudes toward diabetes, while positive attitudes tended to be more common among patients attending the public hospital. The study recommends strengthening nutrition education and providing individualized, patient-centered nutrition counseling.
