This study investigated the phytochemical, antimicrobial, and antioxidant activities of Carica papaya L. seed extracts from Al Hudaydah, Yemen. Ethanolic and methanolic extracts showed the strongest antibacterial and antifungal activity, while the extracts also demonstrated DPPH, FRAP, and ABTS radical-scavenging activity. Phytochemical screening identified multiple bioactive groups that may contribute to the observed antimicrobial effects.en
