This cross-sectional study assessed menopause-related symptoms and their effect on quality of life among 188 perimenopausal and menopausal women attending outpatient clinics at major public hospitals in Sana'a. Physical and psychosocial domains had higher menopause-specific quality-of-life scores than vasomotor and sexual domains. The findings support education about menopause, its symptoms, and the importance of seeking specialist medical advice.en
