This hospital-based cross-sectional descriptive study evaluated dietary practices among 200 adults with type 2 diabetes attending private and government hospitals in Sana'a City between October 2018 and May 2019. Nearly half of participants had poor dietary practices, while good or acceptable practices tended to be more frequent among patients attending private hospitals.
