dc.description.abstractThe chest examinations are the most examination make in the all-radiology department, it provides and useful procedure for imaging of the main airways, lungs, mediastinum, heart and chest wall. The basic view is antero-posterior (PA) of chest in upright position. The role and importance of quality of radiograph is to help the radiologists and the clinicians in the diagnosis of disease and its management. This study tried to recognize different error types related the chest x-ray examination include positioning, technical, and communication using the chest radiograph. a total 1000 chest radiographs were collected from the radiology department for evaluated.
