This anthropometric cross-sectional study measured body height and arm span among 396 medical students aged 17-27 years at Sana'a University and the University of Science and Technology. Males had higher mean height and arm span than females, and a strong positive correlation between arm span and height was observed overall and in both sexes. Arm span was therefore considered a useful indirect measure for estimating adult height.en
