Smart Assistant to Choose the Best Resume Using Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning

Abstract

A resume is an important and central document in recruitment processes, reflecting the applicant�s background, experience and qualifications, helping employers make better hiring decisions.Although a resume is important, the process of reviewing and evaluating a growing number of resumes presents a significant challenge for organizations and applicants alike. This process takes a lot of time and effort, especially with the diversity of applicants� backgrounds.This research paper aims to develop an intelligent system to help users choose the best resumes quickly and effectively, using natural language processing techniques and machine learning algorithms such as TF-IDF, LDA and KNN to extract important information and evaluate and arrange resumes.A complete program has been developed for this intelligent resume selection system, saving time and effort in the research and evaluation process, and helping organizations make better hiring decisions.
