Evaluation of Nutritional Knowledge of Females Medical Students and Non-Medical Students at University of Science and Technology in Sana'a City, Yemen, 2018

Abstract

This cross-sectional study evaluated nutritional knowledge among 120 female medical and non-medical students at the University of Science and Technology in Sana'a. Most participants had good or excellent nutritional knowledge, and students in the Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics Department scored better than students in the English Department. Nutritional knowledge was significantly associated with department, study year, and attendance at nutrition courses.
