This study performed nutritional screening and clinical assessment of malnutrition and cachexia among 70 patients at the National Oncology Center in Sana'a. Most patients reported unintentional weight loss, multiple nutrition-impact symptoms, and loss of muscle mass. Subjective Global Assessment classified most participants as moderately or severely malnourished, confirming the importance of nutritional screening in cancer care.en
