- participant names;
- email addresses;
- telephone numbers;
- pharmacy names;
- street addresses;
- geographic coordinates;
- identification numbers such as national IDs;
- open-ended/free-text responses.

The source contained an "ID" variable with 375 unique sequential numeric
values. This variable was removed from the repository dataset.

A new record_id (R001-R375) was generated only to provide row-level reference
inside the public file. No mapping/crosswalk to the original source ID is
included.

INDIRECT / QUASI-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

The dataset retains grouped study characteristics required for scientific
interpretation and reproducibility, including:
- gender;
- grouped age;
- grouped education level;
- owner/employee job status;
- grouped years of experience;
- independent/chain pharmacy type;
- grouped pharmacy workload indicators.

No exact age, exact address, exact workplace/pharmacy name, or precise
geolocation is included.

The related publication states that participant identities were kept entirely
anonymous and that confidentiality was assured. Nevertheless, users must not
attempt re-identification or linkage to individual pharmacists or pharmacies.

DATA-QUALITY TRANSFORMATIONS

4. S4_Q5: one undocumented source value 11 was changed to missing.

MULTIPLE-RESPONSE ITEMS

For S1_Q8_1 through S1_Q8_13, SPSS stores selected options as 1 and unselected
options as blank/system missing. This representation is retained in the
numeric public-use dataset and documented in the codebook.

This report confirms removal of direct identifiers from the supplied file; it
does not by itself constitute legal or ethics approval for unrestricted public
release. The article's data availability statement says that the data are
available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request. The
depositor should confirm author and ethics/consent permissions before setting
