The study instrument was adapted from prior research and translated into
Arabic using forward-backward translation. It contains five sections covering:

1. Demographic and pharmacy/practice characteristics.
2. Awareness, opinions, and willingness regarding home delivery of medication.
3. Perceptions of home delivery versus in-store refill services.
4. Perceived disadvantages of home delivery.
5. Perceived advantages of home delivery.

For repository completeness, the original published supplemental
Study_Tool_HDM.docx should be uploaded to the DSpace item as an ORIGINAL
bitstream if the depositor has the right to redistribute the supplemental file.

The variable-by-variable wording and coding used in the SPSS dataset are also
documented in HDM_Pharmacists_Codebook.csv.
