No names, email addresses, telephone numbers, pharmacy names, street addresses, coordinates, or free-text response fields were present in the source dataset. For this public-use copy: - the original sequential variable "ID" was removed; - new non-linkable record identifiers R001-R375 were generated; - no crosswalk between the original ID and new record_id is included; - all valid survey responses and documented analysis recodes were retained. Although the study recorded only categorical/grouped characteristics and the published article states that participant identities were kept anonymous, users should not attempt to identify participants or individual pharmacies. See ANONYMIZATION_REPORT.txt for full details. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- DATA QUALITY / CLEANING ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Two values in the source SPSS file were outside the documented five-point Likert coding: - S3_Q4 contained one value of 21. - S4_Q5 contained one value of 11. These values were converted to missing in the public-use dataset rather than being guessed or recoded. This is consistent with the published percentages, which effectively exclude those invalid observations for the corresponding items. No other values were found outside their documented SPSS value-label sets. No statistical imputation was performed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- KEY VALIDATION COUNTS ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Gender: - Male: 322 - Female: 53 Awareness of home-delivery medication service: - Yes: 256 - No: 119 Willingness to use the service: - Yes: 177 - No: 148 - I do not know: 50 Current provision of home delivery: - No: 256 - Yes: 50 - Partially: 69 These counts reproduce the core descriptive results reported in the article. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- SOFTWARE / FORMATS ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Original analytical source: IBM SPSS Statistics 27 system file (.sav) Repository preservation/reuse format: CSV, UTF-8 with BOM The numeric-coded CSV is recommended for statistical reanalysis. The labelled CSV is provided for readability. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- QUESTIONNAIRE ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The related article provides the study instrument as supplemental material under the filename "Study_Tool_HDM.docx".
